Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods supplied.

1. If you have been supplied cartridges that are faulty, damaged (in transit) or were not what you had ordered, we have the following returns policy.
2. Our priority is to ensure your problem is sorted out as quickly as possible. Therefore, where possible, please advise us as soon as you know you have a problem.
3. Phone our staff on 1300 730018 and advise them of the problem.
4. Generally we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you that day and will request that you return the other goods at our cost, via our free post mailing system.

Goods for return.

1. If you have purchased goods that you no longer require or incorrectly ordered, we offer a ninety day exchange policy.
2. Phone our staff on 1300730018 and confirm with them that you will be returning some stock.
3. Post the stock back to
   PO Box 1905, Noosaville BC,
   Qld, 4566, with the original invoice, if possible, and a note requesting what action you require, ie exchange, credit or refund.
4. Upon receipt of the goods by Easyrefills.com.au, we will inspect the goods to ensure that they are in a resaleable condition. If they are resaleable, we will exchange, refund or credit your account.
5. If they are not considered resaleable, we will advise you by phone.
6. A 10% restocking free will apply to goods being returned where they have been incorrectly ordered, your printer has died and wanting to return unopened stock? Freight on return goods will not be paid by Easyrefills
