Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods supplied.
If you have been supplied with cartridges that are faulty, damaged (in transit) or were not what you ordered, our priority is to ensure your problem is sorted out as quickly as possible. Advise easyrefills.com.au as soon as you know you have a problem by phoning 1300 730 018. Generally we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you that day. We will request that you return the other goods at our cost, via our free post mailing system.
Goods for service return.
If you have purchased goods that you no longer require or incorrectly ordered, we offer a ninety day exchange policy.

Enclose the original invoice and a note detailing what action was agreed to, ie exchange or store credit. Upon receipt, easyrefills will inspect the goods to ensure that they are in a resaleable condition. If they are resaleable, we will exchange or credit your account. If they are not considered resaleable we will advise by phone. A 10% restocking fee will apply to goods being returned where they have been incorrectly ordered or your printer has died and you want to return unopened stock. Freight on returned goods will not be paid by easyrefills.com.au.
Easyrefills.com.au is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a store credit. |
