Q: I cannot find my printer listed, do you sell supplies for it?

Most likely we do. Many of the printers on the market today are made by one of the larger manufacturers and just have different names. If you would like us to check for you, simply email us at [email protected] and we will let you know what is available, what will work and how we can source it for you at the right price.

Q: Delivery or Pickup?

At easyrefills.com.au our customers are number one!  Delivery will be made through Australia Post or Courier. Orders over $75 will enjoy free delivery. The Easyrefills team is available 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (AEST), Monday to Friday.

Q: Why replace empty cartridges as soon as they run out?

If you leave empty cartridges in your printer ,or remove an empty cartridge and not replace it with a new one at the same time, you run the risk of blocking the print head. The residue ink will dry up and the print head may need to be cleaned before the new cartridge will work.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of a cartridge is usually around 24 months for the OEM and remanufactured cartridges, and about 24-36 months for the compatible cartridges and refill kits. If properly stored (kept in original packaging in a cool and dry location), cartridges may last longer.

Q: One of my coloured inks runs out before the others, how can I stop wasting the other inks?

You do not have to waste the remaining ink if you refill your cartridges. It is normal that one colour in a three chamber colour cartridge will be used at a faster rate than the others. The great thing about refilling your own cartridges is that you no longer have to waste the other inks. Simply refill the empty chamber and top off the others. We strongly recommend that you refill your cartridge when it is still about half full.

Q: How do I extend the life of my cartridge?

The main reason cartridges have a limited refill life is the resistors that control the current to each outlet jet. When a cartridge runs out of ink, the resistors can overheat and burn out. Most printers will warn you of the ink level in the cartridge so that it doesn't run out of ink. You should refill (or top up) your cartridge when only half empty to ensure a long refillable life. If your printing appears faded, faint or patchy on the paper, you will need to use the maintenance & cleaning routines of your printer to hopefully rectify the issue.

Q: Is it safe to order over the Internet with my credit card?

When you order on our secure server your credit card number is encrypted and cannot be intercepted while in secure mode. It's the same as making a withdrawal at an ATM; the same technology is used.

Q: If I don't have the time to refill my own cartridges, can you do it for me?

For those busy people who dont wish to refill their cartridges we recommend you take a look and compare the price of Genuine cartridges to our "Budget Compatible" cartridges & our "Premium Easyprint" compatible cartridges.
